Booked a room with a kitchen. The staff were amicable and nice, as for 3-stars hotel. The location seemed magnificent and stunning very close to the beach.

That view was missing.

Unbeatable location very close to the sea, really helpful staff, everything was amazing. The room was clean, with a view over garden. Exceptionally comfortable bed and pillows, there were a private safe, a sofa bed and central heating available. Location: the hotel was near a very nice square in the quieter part of Rimini and the beach, shops and restaurants. And it's at a moderate distance from Samky Panky, ate there once or twice...

By and large, it was excellent home base for sightseeing in Rimini, had much fun. The staff there were great and amiable. The hotel was close to the beach and nice area, restaurants, and fountain thanks to its unbeatable and magnificent location. Everything was simply fine.
